Another Bruton that features an all star cast, 1978's "Light My Fire" concentrates on funk, jazz and disco with excellent results. "Hawkwind And Fire", "Disco Fever" and "Blockbuster" are all in the mix for my favourite Bruton tracks of all time and Steve Gray also provides some smooth grooves to the proceedings.  The Francis Monkman songs are noteworthy as usual with their busy style and slick drumming, "Superdude" has a porn groove meets afro meets disco vibe going on while "Hard Sell" is more in the realm of straight up jazz funk. Pleasure abounds through all 15 tracks in what surely must be one of the best Bruton releases ever...

I think I got this one awhile ago because I remember 'Wonder Groove' by Steve Gray. He was one of my favorite library composers.
