What if Han Solo had worn a smoking jacket, Princess Leia worked as a cocktail waitress or if Chewbacca had been a bartender in the 50's? Ok, so maybe this album doesn't quite answer those questions but it does take the Star Wars universe and put it fairly and squarely into lounge music heaven. You will never listen to the Main Title theme the same way after hearing the finger snapping, space groove version on this record. The "Imperial March" is turned into something like Ben Hur mixed with Les Baxter, "Han Solo And The Princess" could easily be a track off an obscure 1970's Italian easy listening album and "Yoda's Theme" is moulded into a jazzy hipster workout. This is super stuff.

If you can, could you repost this please? I get an error when expanding the archive. Thanks!

Oh, okay. I've had 85 downloads for this and noone has said anything previously but I can re-up it for you. Once it's done I'll mention in the post it's an updated link. Cheers.

hi, thanks for this. Could you possibly upload track 2 as it is corrupt in the archive.

This really is star wars music as you've never heard it before :)

Hi Anon. Sadly I've got the same problem so I don't have Track 2 either. And as far as I know this is the only rip available on the internet at the present time. Sorry I couldn't help.
